So This Engagement Ring for my Wife has been an adventure from day one , I purchased the ring from a reputable jeweler that assured me the stone ( 2ct ) Diamond was properly set into the Ring … within 3months the prongs got loose and we found the Diamond in the kitchen sink I took the ring back and was assured that it was that the ring wearer was “ Rough “ … the prongs were adjusted .. fast forward 6 months later the Diamond was loose again I then took the ring to another Jewler that assured us that the prongs were too small and that the ring would have to be broken down and rebuilt which devastated my wife .. before doing that I consulted a friend that’s been in the Jewlery business for 30 years and he told me before I do anything extreme to Consult Sam Gavriel , I went to see Sam and she agreed that the prongs were inadequate but that she can preserve the ring and it’s original look , she then worked her magic and the stone has been Rock solid since the day I picked it up even though my Wife continues to be a Bull in a China Shop ! I was also given proper instructions on insuring the ring and was walked through the entire process with white glove service , all in all Sam took a nerve wracking Experience and somthing that’s very not straight forward and calmed our nerves and delivered a Beautiful Product back to Us we couldn’t be Happier with our experience from initial meeting to communication and final product it was Truly a VIP...
