Sammy’s Furniture — Local services in New York

Sammy and the female employee in the store made me feel welcome and at home immediately and throughout the visit.

All my questions were answered quickly, I was shown options for same day delivery, and they looked out for my needs. I wanted a full bed so that not much space is taken up in the bedroom. They suggested I lay down to see if my entire body is on the bed. Well as a tall woman sure enough my feet was not on the full mattress. I chose a Queen bed thanks to their suggestion. I will now be comfortable despite the bed width :)

I am so happy with the service provided and the interactions from the staff and owner of Sammy's Furniture. I am pleased with the quality of the furniture and the professionalism and skills of the driver and helper who set them up for me - not a scratch on anything and set up properly. I am still smiling 2 days later.

I recommend this furniture store because they are thoughtful, they know about the products they sell certainly, they double check specific details if necessary, the owner and staff are impressive with their knowledge, the set up crew are awesome, promises (i.e. same day delivery and setup) are kept, and I believe I received a good deal compared to other stores. Wow Wow Wow !!!!! Is all I have to say. I have been searching for the perfect vanity piece for the last 6 months but everything has not been in my budget. I came across this store recently and saw a vanity in the window and decided to inquire about the price. I spoke directly with the owner (Sam) he was very quick with his response, super flexible to fit my budget and super helpful with the exact dimensions and style of vanity I needed. The delivery was quick and easy the men on Sam's team were super professional in and out. I highly recommend going to Sammy's Furniture if you are looking for nice furniture with an affordability and great customer service. I made a purchase for some of my furniture at a bigger chain store, however the experience was not that great. I wanted to find a smaller place that would feel more personal and have better service. I found Sammy's after doing an extensive search for local businesses. The reviews were excellent and I decided to go. He was very nice and helpful and when a few hiccups arose, he was beyond fair in resolving. The gentlemen that came to deliver and assemble the furniture were quick, careful and very professional.
