Burger King — Restaurant in New York

Clean location but completely useless otherwise. Employees are terribly slow and often miss items in the order. I come here because its near my house but this is the last straw. I had a mobile order today and I placed it 10-12 mins before arriving because I know how slow they are although very nice. I show up and the order is not ready, not a surprise there. I finally get my order after waiting another 12 mins and missing 2 items in the order. The guy managing keeps questioning stating he put it inside, I show him in the bag and still insists. Then I show him again that I missing one of two chicken nuggets (10 piece orders) and a second order of mozzarella sticks. I stand there waiting..they call out about 10 orders. I turn around and remind him that I am waiting and he smirks and says its coming. Then I see walk to the back area where the fryer is and let the manager know?! I was basically standing there for nothing. My food finally comes out meanwhile the other half of my food is already cold. I get home and realized instead of giving me an order of 10 piece chicken nuggets and one of 4 piece chicken nugget. They gave me 6 and 4, then to top it off I open my chicken sandwiches both are burnt and one is customized as I requested and the other isnt?! mistakes happen but there is no improvement at this location, they need new staff and...

Service here is so slow, there’s only 4 people working every time I get food here, with long lines, only one person is doing cashiers and giving food out 2 people doing sandwiches and 1 person just doing whatever. There is no smoothness in service at all, always have to wait at the counter with a bunch of other people trying to get their food.

Edit: 2 months later and it somehow got worse. The guy that knows how to do counter properly wasn’t there when I went this Sunday so i’m pretty sure he’s gone. Good for him. I see a few new workers and they literally do not know what they are doing. Everyone was gathered around the burger making station for some reason and working like literal snails. Also saw 2 workers towards the back eating food??? If you are going to eat, take a break or something. Again, you guys need better flow and workers that know what they are doing. Y’all need to get this fixed, maybe have 2 people working at the counter: 1 person doing cashier and another calling out numbers. Having 1 person doing cashier AND calling out numbers does not work at all. The line for both ordering and pickup builds up like crazy. I get that it gets busy, but that just means you guys need to get better management that actually know what...

5 stars not for the food. is for the employees that work so hard here and they keep it up. So since there are no many options around in this area to eat, like after 9pm, I entered here and hoping to get something fast to eat, but not I waited a long time to get someone to take my order and another long wait for only 2 sandwiches. I don’t blame the workers, it was only 2 people for taking orders and cook the food. I work in the food industry too, I was surprised how they got slammed with all the order in a little short time, I respect those two employees, overall the food was ok I think they need another...
