I previously reviewed the services of this company and I received a response to be expected where the company makes the client responsible for services that didn’t work. Let’s go in detail then, I had purchased 6 sessions for my armpits and upper lip. Everytime I went to my appointments I was told to give it time and is normal to have to constantly shave because my hair grows fast. The company claims they explain to me “it takes a minimum of 6 treatments to reach at least 50% reduction and in order to achieve 75-95% , it will take anywhere from 9-12 sessions. Some people require more or less based on hormones” However, the person who I made the purchase with didn’t explain that to me but I understand about the hormones parts. I should have definitely taken the paperwork home before I sign it to avoid them omitting information which I recommend all future clients to do because during a consultation they will only explain the good things and emphasize on them. It is essential to know that Satori Laser doesn’t consider underarms to be hormonal as is also mentioned on the website and I was still growing the same amount of hair at the same rate and no improvements were made, not even the 50% they claim.
Then they claim “Here at Satori Laser we always make sure to increase your settings.” This personally in my case was NOT true until the last session. As I mentioned before, I kept complaining is not working on me at all and they only increase the intensity towards the end.
Additionally, I was told “the technician communicates to the receptionist what the client needs” but as I mentioned I found odd that as soon as I walk out the room on my last day, the person in the front desk immediately told me I am going to need to buy more sessions. The technician didn’t talk to the receptionist before she said that because the technician stay behind in the room to take notes, while I walked outside, so how would the receptionist know I needed more sessions.
They mentioned only a portion of what I told the technician on the last session. They mention having “notes that I informed the technician I have PCOS.” But I told the technician I MIGHT have pcos but I have a doctor check up later that day to confirm if it is or if it isn’t. Well for your information all my test confirm I don’t have PCOS. I have actual proof I don’t have it from a doctor.
Be very careful what you say in the visits because they might divulge any personal information about your health as it was seen in the response.

Firstly, do the math - 65 dollars for 12 sessions , plus 20 % in tips is about 1000 dollars for a very small area - your underarms. Even after that the results "varies depending on who you are", and you'll need to come in every "3 to 6 months". 1000 dollars is about 4 years of monthly underarm waxes!!

I signed up for my underarms and was told I will need 6 sessions given I have such light hair. Completed 5 sessions and was told no need to book a 6th session because the results are great. I insisted on booking a 6th session just so I have it in my calendar to come back in case required. They cancelled the 6th session on the day of because they were unexpectedly closed, and by 3 months since my 5th treatment I noticed that most of my hair was coming back. I called in to ask for a resolution or recommendation - and was actually quite surprised to speak with the manager Jazlin who became extremely defensive and talked in circles without listening, insisting repeatedly that 9-12 sessions are required and if anyone had told me differently, I was misremembering?! I was very confused about why she was so defensive when I was only seeking advise or solution, but it might be a personality issue.
Also Jazlin really needs some feedback to not continuously talk over people and actually listen to what the clients are saying. Not everything is a fight, girl.
I asked very clearly about what happens if I do 12 sessions, and if the results will be better then — and again Jazlin just could not give a response, repeatedly alluding to how “people’s experiences are different” - asking for the average experience, she also did not seem confident in her response.
I worked with technician Svetlana / Oksana who was generally kind, but during my 6th session also became defensive when I asked questions. It was so hard to communicate to these folks that I am not saying you have made a mistake, I am just asking for advice on a solution. There needs to be some employee coaching here to approach customers as advisors instead of trying to defend their product and work.
TO NOTE - I have very little hair to start with. This was just a try to see if I could get rid of the rest. For those who happen to have a lot more hair, I imagine the experience will be even more challenging.
Also the constant force sell of sales is off putting.

My dark marks and ingrowns faded and/or dissapeared entirely, my hair grew back much lighter, finer and thinner and I finally have the confidence to rock a bikini. It no longer hurts to walk around or workout, I don't have to deal with stubble, I don't have to waste time in the shower shaving and I have the freedom to live my life. Thank you Satori Laser!
