I almost never leave reviews but for this store I have to. I had never visited the store before and went in to purchase a coat for a Television show I’m working on. I am a VERY good customer of all the stores I shop in - we never ever return items that have been used or altered - all the shows I work on have plenty of money to purchase the clothing we need and all the stores I shop in are very happy to work with us. One gentleman was very kind and was helping me to purchase the coat when the other man started SHOUTING at me that he knew me, saying he had seen me before and that I wasn’t welcome to shop there - mind you, I’ve not only never been to that store, I’ve never even HEARD of it. I was so shocked I explained calmly that I’d never shopped there and that I was happy to buy the coat but he continued shouting at me and was so aggressive I just left straight away. Had a great experience at Sayki! When you walk in the place the ambiance is elegant and the store has the aroma of the amazing colognes they sell there. If you visit, make sure to meet Yoel, he is amazing and has an incredible and vast knowledge not only of Sayki's product but also of fabrics and construction of mens clothing. He walked me through the store and explained everything like a picturesque story. I was a bit on the fence about purchasing some items for my boyfriend and brother but Yoel's knowledge and just being personable and getting to know me and who I was buying for was some of the BEST attention to the client I have ever experienced. If you desire impeccable customer service at a men's apparel store then Sayki is a must visit. My husband was in search of buying a new suit and fell upon Sayki. First of all, upon entering the store you are greeted and welcomed with a smile. Isaac, amazing salesmen at Sayki assisted my husband with different style suits, colors you name it. Amazingly, the first suit Isaac chose was the ONE! However, my husband needed to see more styles, colors. Isaac graciously sought out about 10 to 12 more suits before my husband unanimously decided to go with the suit Isaac had initially chosen.
