Wasn’t going to share because I’m very understanding of how business works, however today’s experience let me know that I will not be returning. They had SEVERAL incidents before my turn. I come here regularly, the last time I did my nails, they didn’t even last two days, and I didn’t travel, or do any manual labor that would crack my nails. The 2nd day they were cracked, by the third it chipped off, 3RD half the SNS was gone. They were also different lengths, and crooked. I didn’t have time to return that same week bc I work, and it doesn’t align with their hours. I took pictures, and went back today (2 weeks after my last visit) and they still didn’t do a good job. In comparison to today, it seems the last time they skipped a step bc today they added the additional powder that helps set the SNS powder. I asked for square, some of them are, some of them aren’t, also I said I didn’t want them to be filed down so short, and she did. Tina doesn’t cut cuticles until after your nails are done, that also happened with another customer, and the lady was very irate & wanted her to soak everything off so she could leave. She then comes to me, and lectures me about why she cuts the cuticles after, which had NOTHING to do with me, none of that was my concern. Another customer she had was explaining she is too rough, and cut her, still charging her full price as well. The issue is that they don’t have actual appointments, and try to multitask between customers which causes them to rush, and do a sloppy job ! Even after all of that, STILL charged me full price after giving a $30 gift certificate the last visit. I explained I come here often, sometimes alone, and also always recommend, they offered a $5 credit, after spending $175 the last visit, only to last a day or two. If I could give zero stars I would. They do not know how to do nails. I went here for a quick fill because my regular nail place was all booked. The acrylic was laid lumpy and uneven. I walked out in the middle of the process because I just couldn’t take it. I was in there for 2 hours and they weren’t even close to being done. They do not know how to do nails! Horrible job. The guy was very pushy to get nsn. I decided to do acrylic and he ended up doing a messy job. He took 2 hrs and even like that my nails were bumpy and uneven. He didn't even put lotion in my hands. Once customers started to arrive, he rushed it and disregarded the colors I requested.
