SEPHORA at Kohl's — Local services in New York

Treated very bad at this location I went there today at around 7 pm this girl with a hijab was very mean she seen my friend with a Jewish pendant on his neck and refused to sell me a bottle of dolce and gabana cologne the one to be specific she told me they didn’t have it in stock she even made it seem she went to the back to check and came back empty handed so me and my friend left and we just wanted to see if she was lying to us a we went back 20 minutes later and came up to a different sales associate and she did her job and was very polite and checked the back with her hands full with the product and when we asked to speak to the manager. Manager came she didn’t even let me speak to her she was very disrespectful and rude I never thought she would treat me so bad her name was Maria. I tried to explain to her that her sales associate was discriminating against us she started defending her what happened to customer service. This is nasty behavior and bad for business. June 2024: Needed to visit this location again today unfortunately. The black girl working the afternoon shift is a racist anti semite 🤮 Their testers look as if a bunch of “Sephora kids” have been given free rein of the store especially the Saie brand which was completely empty and destroyed. Stay away from this location.

2023: Worst Sephora that I’ve ever been to. Consistently out of stock of most products. Shelves are half empty. Good chance that they’ll be missing the product that you’re coming for. They’re always understaffed only two salespeople in the entire store. Some of the people that work there are dumb and nasty. I purchased $250+ worth of makeup, when I asked if I could have an extra bag she said that would be an extra charge of five cents. Am I going to take out my card again so that you can charge me another five cents for a stupid bag? Nope. Their processing fee for the transaction is more than that already…stupid...

If I can give less than one start, I will it’s not because I’m pissed off but it shows how is the quality of the service over there No testers everything is dirty every product that you touch you have to clean up after because it’s grassy and messed up I just Visited the location because it’s near to my house.: while and paying the lady there asked me for my email address and I said that I’m using just my phone and she insisted to get it for a reason that I ignore !!! then she used my phone number and then I got surprised that she created a kohl’s account without informing me ! The same lady that supposed to take care of the clients and served them and helped them .. she was laughing and terribly treated them bad with her bad attitude, no smiling no welcoming...
