Most of the ladies at this location are very rude, condescending and passive aggressive. Especially one of the girls who I believe is named Chasity. She was giving me dirty looks and called me out my name once I finalized my purchase. I was making an exchange and wanted the 10$ off from the 500 points I used on the purchase I’m exchanging. However they told me it’s against their policy. They never ever mentioned that when I use the 500 points for 10$ off that I wouldn’t be able to exchange it for another item. This is something that should be mentioned to customers when THEY OFFER YOU to use 500 points for 10$ off. Customers should be informed of the policy in the first place but none of them did that. They proceeded to make my experience difficult instead of acknowledging that their employees had a responsibility to mention the policy before going through with it and didn’t. They had me there for 20 minutes at the register, while the manager yulissa I believe her name was, refused to get on the phone with customer service to help me out and proceeded to go to her break. I ended up calling customer service myself and they were amazing and resolved my situation in less than a minute because they agreed it is there job as the employee in that location to notify their customers of the policy in the first place before hand. Read moreI came here 3/24 and I was totally lost, as someone transitioning to soft girl life. I’m learning how to do a full face beat. So I came in there with absolutely zero knowledge. I never got her name, but there was an African woman w/ dreads who helped me out immediately. I asked if there was someone on the floor to help and she told me she was clocking in. (Which made me feel extremely bad.) The floor was Busy, I think there was one other girl on the floor (whom I saw after) a light skin woman with black hair and red streaks however, she was busy helping another customer at the time. However, the lady who helped me out was extremely knowledgeable. She was so pleasant underneath extreme pressure and helped out multiple customers at once; highly commendable of her! She recommended me to book a class which I did, and she also matched me with my proper foundation. I gained so much knowledge in that little bit of time. She was extremely patient with me which me the process so much more easier. I’ll be back again !

I received a 20% discount coupon in the mail for my birthday, which applied to my entire purchase. When I went to the store, I bought three items and handed the cashier my 20% off coupon.
When I got the receipt, the discount seemed lower than expected, and I had doubts. However, I assumed I might have made a calculation mistake and decided to check it later at home.
After reviewing the receipt at home, I realized I was right—the cashier had applied the 20% discount to only one item instead of the entire basket, even though the receipt stated "Basket Discount." The chashier was a short spanish young woman.
Unfortunately, going back to the store would have cost me more than the remaining discount, so I decided not to return.
This is a reminder to always check your receipt before leaving to ensure you receive the correct discount. Stay alert and don’t let a cashier...
