Yes they are polite.

Took my mom last year and never went back...hopefully they have a new masseuse... Because it felt like she was not professionally trained, she was being told by mom how to properly massage her.

My husband went there a month before my mom and said give it try, maybe it'll be different for you....he never went back & we didn't either.

I prefer to pay a few dollars to get a real massage.

As a reply to your comment on my review. As a custumer I will always speak the truth on my experience, if it's great, I will state that it is; Otherwise I will express my feelings of unsatisfactory. My husband on the other was not I'll and yet didn' enjoy his massage either.

I will continue to share my experience because I do believe that's what makes small or big businesses learn and grow. Lets get one thing clarified "Small "or " big " customers should get the best for what they pay for.

While you were reviewing my positive reviews I'm sure you can understand where I'm coming from. Y'all were very nice and respectful. I even complemented the way the office looked when I came in...nonetheless we came for a massage and mom was not satisfied. When I took her elsewhere she was. That's a fact!

The Eighty8th Med Spa is a 10/10 experience! Highly recommended. I have received a variety of services from just about all of the workers there and it’s honestly the customer service and ambiance that keeps me coming back. The spa itself has a very luxurious feel to it and on every single occasion that I’ve went it has always been clean.

I have received a plethora of services such as massages, IV infusions, and as of recently i started the weight loss program there. The workers were very supportive and would do check ins with me during the week to see how my weight loss was going. Because of their support and the weight loss treatment i was able to lose 16 lbs to date and i look forward to losing more with their support. I honestly couldn’t have done it without them.
