First time getting food from them. Honestly the first time I ordered(via Doordash) a month ago they ran out of oxtails and cancelled my order. This time I ordered Oxtails, Jerk Chicken Empanadas and Mac & Cheese via Seamless to pickup. They cancelled the jerk and Mac. Pretty disappointing. But besides that the oxtail were meaty and flavorful. The sauce tasted tomatoey which was fine. Rice & Peas were fine as was the cabbage. Id get food again I just need them to either have food advertised or edit their online menus to what they actually have.

The most authentic Jamaican restaurant in nyc..firstly i must compliment the staff for their friendly demeanor, and welcoming smiles A+. Secondly, the food omg ,well seasoned to the bone, finger licking good, the presentation of the food is absolutely attractive and price is unbeatable very cost efficient, with full portion, the restaurant front is clean A+. It was an honor to support this gem and will be back. When in NYC make RyRy’s kitchen the #1 go to restaurant.. Chefs kiss.

I had such a wonderful experience at RyRy’s kitchen. The customer service was immaculate. I had the jerk chicken with the rice and peas, with oxtail gravy, and let me tell ya, they did not shy away from the gravy. I also had the Mac and cheese balls. Also had the jerk empanadas. All so good. My one complaint, and this isn’t their fault, is that the building is so hot in the summer, there’s no air conditioning so it interrupts the culinary experience a bit. However; I’ll be back.

Ryry’s Kitchen is the best! I had food catered for my daughter’s first birthday party and everything went so well! From the customer service, ordering with Christina (she’s such a sweetheart) up until the delivery of the food with Rayan. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the stew chicken, jerk chicken, oxtails, rice and peas, Rasta pasta, and fried dumplings. Rayan even included complementary cabbage and kale salad! So many people were asking where the food was from. I’m a little upset I didn’t get to take a picture of everything before it was all gone lol. I definitely want to try other things from the menu so I’ll be stopping by the Jamaica market soon. Overall, my experience was excellent. You guys exceed my expectations and I will definitely be ordering from Ryry’s kitchen again sooner than later. Thank you again Rayan...

GREAT FOOD BUT THE OPERATING HOURS ON THE GOOGLE MAPS AND WEBSITE ARE WRONG. THEY CLOSE AT 6PM NOT 7. WHEN I POLITELY INFORMED THE LADY OF THE WRONG TIME LISTED, SHE INSISTED THAT 7pm WAS THE TIME THE FOOD COURT CLOSES WHICH I UNDERSTAND BUT CUSTOMERS THAT SEE THE LISTING FOR THE RESTAURANT ARE SEEING THE WRONG TIME WHICH IS ALSO LISTED ON THE WEBSITE. SO IF YOU CLOSE AT 6 WHY WOULD THE WEBSITE CREATED BY THE OWNERS SAY 7PM WHEN THE ESTABLISHMENT CLOSES AT 6?? THEN THE FACT THAT SHE KEPT TRYING TO PROVE A POINT RATHER THAN UNDERSTANDING WHAT IM SAYING AND ENSURING CUSTOMERS SEE THE RIGHT TIME LISTED WAS FRUSTRATING. SMH.

GREAT FOOD BUT THIS INSTANCE FRUSTRATED ME AS I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING IT...

I tried the Jerk Chicken Sandwich for $7. It came with a good sized piece of chicken with cole slaw and the sauce in the sandwich. The chicken had a nice char grill flavor to it but I did not really taste much jerk seasoning. I tried a piece by itself without the rest of the sandwich and I could taste the jerk seasoning a bit more but it still wasn't that noticeable. As a jerk chicken sandwich it needs more seasoning but as a grilled chicken sandwich it's great especially since it has that nice char from the grill. I would buy it again but not if I wanted...
