BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE Arial is the biggest liar I have ever done retail business with in my whole life! these people are crooks! I talked to Arial about 5 times before placing my order for two expensive chains totaling over $10,000 he agreed to ship the merchandise same day but once they charged my credit card it was a different story! they then said they couldnt get verification on my order but keep in mind I was charged the full price tax included for the merchandise I asked him how long would it take to verify and I this guy could not give me a solid answer to save his pathetic life! before I submitted my payment and order on there website he reassured me several times they would ship same day I told him I was headed out of town and needed the chains before my flight he said it would be done if I paid for next day shipping which I did and the got my money and then got very rude and disrespectful save yourself the hassle and time and shop with anyone else but these crooks! youll be sorry out of money and a complete waste of time I now have to wait for the refund while my funds are on hold with my credit card company these liars don't have the merchandise they advertise they wait to get your money then they go buy it if they can find it at another REAL GOLD JEWELER stay away from fake crooks like Arial and so icy fraud crooks you will definitely regret it! my advice run away and don't be...

I hate writing bad reviews but it has come to this point because I have exhausted all measures of contacting this company with my product never arriving in my hands. I had an amazing experience shopping with the company. There is no doubt about them trying to help their customers make a purchase that they wont regret but i have an ongoing issue with my order and no one is able to help me. I placed my order in January and the order was supposed to require a signature upon arrival. I contacted Fed Ex and they told me the item was delivered and left at the residence. The driver just signed for Package and left it without someone accepting. My package couldnt be located after this. I spoke to Fed Ex over a period of 3 weeks and then they told me to contact my shipper to file a dispute with them. I contacted So Icy Jewelry many times via phone, email and text and they never reached out to me to help me with the issue. Now I am out 3200.00 for an item still not able to be located by Fed Ex and the company won't even acknowledge this issue. The lack of customer service when there is an issue is why I gave 2 stars, but still an amazing experience while I shopped for the item. I guess...

I found them on line and after a few minutes of navigating there well organized website I called and spoke with Ariel and told him what I was looking for and what my budget was we hung up and within minutes he texted me 3 images and full details of exactly what u was looking for which was a "10k 24" 7mm solid Miami Cuban chain" very high quality crafted peice. I let him know I would be in town in a few days. When I arrived to the address I contacted Ariel and he notified me SO ICY JEWELRY was located up stairs in the building (away from the street poachers). Very secure dual level door so one feels safe no matter what level($$$) of purchase your doing. Once upstairs I finally me Ariel which greeted at the elevator I was then introduced to George which completed the transaction.
