Twin Donut — Restaurant in New York

This twin donut location isn't what it use to be. In 2012-2014 it was an amazing place to go grab a bite. It was always clean and smelled nice. But now, the staff is miserable. My fiancé has bought food from this location multiple times and every time they've managed to mess the order up. Here are a few; One morning he went in told them he wanted a bagel with cream cheese no jelly toasted and a large tea, and 4 tacos the lady asked him how he wanted the tacos beef or chicken, he said 2 beef and 2 chicken with another large tea. At check out, the lady charged him an extra 2.00 for having chosen beef. She never told him that there would be the extra charge. The bagel also had jelly. And it wasn't toasted. Another day he went in and ordered a breakfast sandwhich and a bagel with cream cheese 2 teas. The lady there didn't even cover the teas. When my fiancé got home there was tea all over the inside of the bags and it even got on the blankets. After getting rid of the mess I opened what was supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese instead, we got hamburger bread and cream cheese. How nice. Today was the worse of all. My fiancé ordered 2 bagels and 2 teas. Simple right ? Nope. The bagels were finally good. But the teas, had SPOILED MILK inside ! I would never ever go there again nor would I ever advise anyone to go ! There's a McDonald's one block away go there instead ! This twin donut location needs to be shut down. I came to the restaurant yesterday on Christmas Day 2018. There was no one around to take the order. I walked to the back where you order sandwiches and I needed a damp napkin. When I server did show up I asked her if she can wet the napkin (clean) that she just handed me and she told me to go to the bathroom to wet it. The sink was right behind her and she said the bathroom is opened. So I went to the bathroom and someone was inside already. I walked back to her and said I just need you to damp a napkin for me and another person and with attitude said go to the bathroom. I order from this restaurant every single morning on my way to work. I even referred people to the restaurant because I like the food. My mom even gets food delivered to her. I am so disgusted with the hospitality from the evening staff. It was terrible that they were just standing about doing absolutely nothing and couldn’t lend a hand. I do a lot of reviews when someone is doing something good and I do a lot of reviews when someone is doing something bad. If you want half assed over priced food made by the Spanish population this is your place to eat if you want authentication and good deals I suggest some other restaurant in the area you'll get more for your money there fries are bland and dry the salt packets are inadequate for there dry bad tasting fries I could eat all of it because of the taste this isn't the American Spanish experience I expected I as a person will convince my kids and family not to come here again $3 dollars for a small juice that's originally $1.75 to $2 and $4 for fries that...
