Rude staff except for the manager Anatoly, who's actually very helpful and goes an extra step to help. Whenever he's not there some staff allow themselves to curse out customers.

Some staff doesn't even know how to properly process certain things at the register if a customer has SNAP benefits card. One customer was trying to buy a box of tea, which can be paid by SNAP Medicaid card, so the person at the register grabbed the card from the customer when actually she's not supposed to take it, did everything wrong - as it turned out she selected Cash instead of Food benefits so the card got declined. The customer reviewed the printed check with the reason why it got declined and told the woman at the register that she was supposed to select Food for the tea - and instead of reprocessing it correctly the woman at the register started arguing. Apparently arguing with customer is more important for them than selling merchandise and processing it correctly - they just couldn't accept the fact they were wrong and apologize and do things right instead.

Other pharmacies that sell teas, including healthy/ medicinal teas, and food, take SNAP Medicaid cards without any problems and whomever worked at the register over a month ago at this pharmacy was doing it without a problem but some people just...

Manager Anatoly is really helping whenever he can. They have a great selection of international merchandise including the best skin and hair care products, some healthy foods, etc and even a 10% discount on Wednesdays but if you become their VIP customer Anatoly would give you 10% discount on any day of the week. I would give 5 stars if they'd revise their exchange/return policy from 7 days exchange only to something like their nearest competitor CVS has (2 months), although prices at this pharmacy are better than in CVS.
