NOT SURE IF THEY EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR!!

Very very un professional & Arrogant Assistant Manager lady named Jahaira & men named Viral! I went there with my receipt which expires today 23 August!! The Jewellery I bought Fo US 129.99 from them was faulty!! Didn't realise it on the First Place otherwise wouldn't have Bought it!! They should not sell such Jewellery in their Stores!! Jahaira was not willing to co operate at alll with her Arrogant Attitide!! Just answered back saying manager Is out of town ad she will come back to me after a week!! She didn't even think of taking photoes of Faulty Goods they sold to me!! I had to mention to her to take a photo of the Jewellery & my Receipt!! This behaviour was so un professional I had to approach another Manager Male name Viral!! He repeated the same thing!! Not helpful even with my valid receipt!! He said some1 in charge will email me soon!! Waited there for 3 HOURS NOTHING HAPPENED!! Finally I came to knoe at the check out there was another Floor Manager, SAME not helpful just listened to my story & kept staring at my Face with No Response at Alll!! Don't understand how these people are trained to be MANAGER!! Very Frustrated & Stressfull left the store & NEVER EVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS...

Decided to branch off from my usual shopping spots and stopped in to buy some shirts. RUDE and unpleasant employee was in the way (women’s short sleeved shirts, by the front door) which is fine because she was doing her job, so I stayed a few feet away. I took the one shirt I was going to buy and did not remove any others. As I was brushing through the ones on the rack, the employee turned and said something to me and was giving me a dirty look. Took my headphones off and said “I’m sorry, what?” and she once again snapped “fix it back”, like shaking her finger and pointing at the shirts I had not removed and did not really disturb, like really barely even touched them other to see if I liked the print and fabric, so especially not disturbed enough for that reaction?? Immediately put the one I was going to buy back and left and most definitely will not be back. Horrific “customer service”, even though I didn’t require any service other than to browse and not even disturb or remove any of the shirts I was considering buying. Guess I’ll be shopping at...

This is a pretty great location! It's not the easiest to find but once you do, you'll be happy. They have multiple cash registers to help move congestion at the line. Expect to wait during the busier times and pick up things you dont need on your way to the register lol The workers are friendly and helpful. I appreciate that security doesn't follow you around when you shop. The first floor is mainly clothing and shoes and bags and small accessories. It also has beauty, travel items and some home goods. The second floor, downstairs is more home goods, candles, decorations and things like that. Just be aware that phone service may not be the best down there. There is a lot of selection, things are organized neatly and efficiently and in a way that you can find what you're looking for.
