I walked onto Takamichi Beauty Room at the end of a very rough work day and felt like I had entered another dimension. The store is small but beautifully presented and every single item was special and covetable. I am sad to have forgotten the name of the woman who helped me because she was possibly the most thoughtful and positive person I've ever encountered shopping in Manhattan. I'm proud I only purchased three things but all were wonderful, from brands I had never encountered. The Mary Allan cleanser! Best ever....
