Horrible florist in Brooklyn if you wanna get ripped off and pay $150 for 24 stems of roses that’s not even fresh this is the place,I ordered on Uber eats to send my mother a surprise bouquet of flowers for her birthday assuming $150 for a bouquet will be loaded and full flowers and would be put together nicely and professionally to me and my mothers disappointment they did not exceed our expectations we called to understand how just 24 stems of roses could be worth $150 as many florists in Brooklyn wouldn’t charge more then $40 for 24 stems of roses and that’s not even fresh the guy that answered the phone wouldn’t even hear us out just started arguing with us totally unprofessionally and rude he said he put what he understood on the app and opened a “fresh” new box of roses and put it just like that ( as you can see the flowers aren’t even so fresh the top of the roses had all wrinkles ) then just shuts in our face instead of hearing us out and accommodating us we paid $150 make sure your customers are happy they clearly didn’t care nor want to hear us out horrible customer service the disappointment we had was terrible if we would have known they would treat us like that or on top of that not send us fresh roses and nicely put I would’ve never ordered from there and I will never order from there if I could rate them 0 I totally would , wouldn’t...

Madison Florist, and more specifically, Robert Agge were absolutely AMAZING to work with! He delivered the wedding of my and my husband’s dreams and surpassed my expectations. Robert listened to every thought I had with patience and kindness, and trust me, after postponing my wedding two times over two years due to Covid, I had A LOT of ideas! He is so detailed oriented, with a very chic tasteful eye, and he truly listens to your vision while also steering you in the right direction. He’s attentive, responds promptly and is a true joy to work with. (I wasn’t so lucky with another vendor, which only made me appreciate Robert even more). My guests were floored when they walked into both the ceremony and reception spaces, with so many people telling me the space looked, and I quote, “magical”. Definitely line the perimeter of your room with flame less candles if you can! It was romantic and ethereal and was so worth it. Madison Florist went above and beyond when it came to making my wife's and I wedding vision come to life. Robert was not only such an amazing person to work with, but he was also very responsible, organized, and his shop was very welcoming. Robert made my wife and I feel so comfortable from the beginning, almost as if we were already friends. Our LGBTQ wedding could not have been what it was if it were not for the beautiful work and flowers that he provided us with. Although everything was exceptionally beautiful, our absolute favorite part was our outdoor ceremony! The outdoor canopy was breathtaking; much more beautiful than we could have imagine. My ladies all looked fabolous with their bouquets and my wife could not have been happier with her bouquet. Robert you truly made our wedding much more beautiful.
