The Child Center of NY - Central Administration Office — Local services in New York

They took all of my info in May, we completed the entire intake process. I have called repeatedly and no one answers the phone. I’ve sent emails inquiring about our process and when should we expect to be assign a psych/therapist. It is now august my son needs an IEP and can’t get one because no one is responding. Truly disappointed because while these big people have lived their lives I’m doing my best to insure my son does the same.

UPDATE: no communication, this therapist says one things then acts like I’m a child with zero recollection. Then attempts to gaslight me with his schedule. It sucks cause I actually was like hmmm I...

I love the therapists and I love our doctor, the central office has the RUDEST staff and the number is set up we are forced to go through them.
