Gus, Will, Wesley, Rasael, Joshua, Ivan and Victor at the front desk will always give you a warm greeting. They are truly the backbone of our community and the most helpful team I've ever encountered in an apartment building. The maintenance team which consist of Cristian, Kevin, Michael, John and Blanca maintain the building at a high standard and address problems promptly, often within hours. This level of personalized care makes the building feel a high-end run hotel.

The amenities offered here are an added bonus while it come with a fee it is well worth the splurge.The state-of-the-art fitness center is always clean and well-equipped. The resident lounge and co-working spaces offer quiet, beautifully designed areas perfect for remote work. The rooftop pool deck provides a stunning escape with breathtaking city views and comfortable seating. Crucially, the common areas are consistently spotless, reflecting the high standards of the maintenance team. Harrison the Lifestyle coordinator is absolutely awesome and truly the magic behind our community events! They consistently put together unique, high quality, and genuinely engaging activities . From themed holiday parties to cooking classes and wellness workshops. There is always something new to do each month.

Living in this building has truly been a joy, and that’s entirely because of the incredible staff who make it feel like home. From the very first time I walked through the doors, I could tell this team was something special. The doormen Ras, Victor, Josh, Gus, Will, Ivan, and Wes — are absolutely exceptional. They are not just professional and courteous ..they are true gentlemen, something you don’t often see anymore these days. Wesley is honestly like Superman! dependable, kind, and always there when you need a hand, no matter how busy he is. Ras brings such a calm, positive energy in the evenings he makes residents feel safe and welcome, especially coming home late at night. Will always greets everyone with such warmth and kindness that he instantly brightens your day. And honestly, that’s true of every single one of them ..they make coming home feel special. The maintenance and handyman staff John, Jennison, Mark, Bianca, Mike, Christian, and Kevin … are just as outstanding. They are professional, skilled, and genuinely care about doing things right. Every interaction with them has been pleasant, and they go out of their way to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. This team is the heart and soul of the building. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness make it an absolute pleasure to live here. I’ve lived in many buildings across the city, and I’ve never experienced a group as extraordinary as this one. Whoever hired them truly deserves credit , they picked...

As true for anywhere, the staff can make or break someone’s experience. The Ellery staff’s service is unmatched. I leave for work at 5am and instead of dragging my feet I walk out excited because Ras puts on walk out songs for me and hypes me up. Ivan always makes me feel safe when he works the front door, Josh is so sweet and helpful, always has a smile on his face. Wes is the coolest guy with the biggest heart and always has my back. Victor spent the whole night talking to and giving my boyfriend company when I accidentally locked him out one night 😂. I love projects in my home and Cristian and Kevin entertain all of my ideas and help me with everything. They are so sweet and get things done quickly and efficiently, no task is too large. John goes above and beyond to help me when I lock myself out or need a hand. Blanca is always smiling and a bright light in the building whenever I see her. Jennison, Mike and mark and all of the maintenance staff keep this building so clean and tidy that even when I don’t see them all the time I know they are working hard. The people behind the scenes do the most, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I love everyone who works this building like family and love every single one of them. Most of the ways these people enhance my life are not written in their job description, but what they do from the kindness of their heart and they are irreplaceable. I love these people and hope they’re here as long as...
