Customer service at The Ridge Kids is far superior to your average shipping experience! I need two gifts for new babies arriving and Danielle, the owner, was so patient and helpful. She virtually shopped for me, sent me a picture of all the fabulous little bubbles she had in 3-6 months and all I had to do was pick one! She also out does herself in quality of her merchandise. I wanted to send a few extra gifts for the older children and Danielle helped me pick the right puzzles by age group. Her variety of unique, high quality gifts made shopping for my friends so easy and I felt so confident in what I selected. SUCH a stylish Children's Boutique!! The quality and selection are amazing - there's something for everyone whether you're looking for staples/basics or the cutest trends in micro fashion. The Owner is super knowledgeable not only with fashion trends, but also in sizing and fit for children as well as parents [I love their family coordinated swimsuits!] My husband loves that the store was child friendly, with a comfy couch and [disinfected] toys for our daughter to play with. Their website is easy to navigate and I was so impressed with the packaging once my order was delivered. This makes for easy and beautiful gifting from afar, especially during these times. Ridge kids is THE BEST! Honestly the coolest, on trend assortment of adorable children’s clothing, accessories, toys, books ... even some Mommy & Me items! The Owner/ Buyer really knows her stuff and is so helpful if you need some guidance at the store. She used to be a buyer at a fashion house and it shows. I see items there I would not see anywhere else! So thoughtful, so fun, the store feels like a breath of fresh air.
