DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I’m a very laid back person, but these folks have me all the way messed up. They texted me at 1AM on the DAY OFF my reservation requesting me to cancel due to “maintenance issues.” Not only did they cancel on one of the busiest weekend in NY, they did not offer to cover the difference in booking a new hotel on such short notice (I was traveling from 4 hours away). BUT They claimed they would be refunding my room AND early check-in fee. I canceled through Expedia to be safe, providing them with all of the details. Now, Expedia is calling them and they’re saying they will not issue a refund due to their policy. I had been texting back and forth with them and they claimed to send me an email with screenshots of the processed refund- not true. The only refund I received was $35 for the early check in but as for the $300 I spent for the room, they’re refusing to refund it and now they’re not responding to my texts. And in their messages following the initial promise of a full refund for both the room and the check in, they’re using was feels like very intentional language to imply that I should only receive an early check-in refund. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly appalling. The most alarming issue was the BROWN WATER coming out of the taps, which the hotel dismissively blamed on 'external construction' rather than taking responsibility or offering solutions. This serious health concern alone should have warranted an immediate refund. When we attempted to address these legitimate safety concerns, the customer service was equally disturbing. Phone calls were met with unprofessional behavior - including someone actually LAUGHING at me over the phone. Response times to inquiries were inexcusably slow, adding frustration to an already stressful situation. The hotel's refusal to provide a refund despite these serious issues demonstrates a complete disregard for guest safety and satisfaction. This establishment clearly prioritizes profit over providing even the most basic expectations of clean water and respectful service. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere unless you enjoy paying premium prices for brown water and verbal abuse.

Incredibly overpriced for what this is. I would expect a place of this low quality to be more like $50 per night. Huge huge ripoff. There is no staff. The lobby is a room with a dirty couch and an empty vending machine. It’s creepy. The halls reek of marijuana. Loud music. The guy in charge is just trying to make a quick buck ripping people off and hoping they won’t complain. He said he couldn’t modify my dates even if I was sick with the flu because the hotel was soooo in demand. A lie. I got there and there were plenty of empty rooms. The room I was assigned was not “ready” — looked like someone else had just slept in it. I called the number. He said he could put me in another room. I am concerned that in a building with no security whatsoever, anything can happen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I don’t think it should qualify as a “hotel” as there is zero hospitality and zero security.

We entered the room at 5 our check in time was 4 there was no hotel lobby just directions to get to the room. Then as we were struggling to enter the 4oom with the code we could hear our neighbors having sex. It was very loud and made us so uncomfortable. Then when we entered the room the whole thing was so disgusting the room was vacant but had not been cleaned from the last guests. Then the hotel only has Spanish speaking room cleaning ladies. When aI called to tell ylthem the situation it took them over an hour to replace the room with a clean one without noisy neighbors at that point we were late for dinner which was very bad because my husband has health issues that require him to eat when he takes meds . So I was just greatful that he didn't end up in the er. There attitude about the situation was horrible they didn't even give us any partial refund back yet or anything. I felt like they really didn't even care they just wanted their money. Also the lamp in our room was broken and the couch inside the lobby was filthy dirty. It was sincerely unpleasant and the hallways always smell of marijuana. It was qn...
