The line was long when I entered, and long when I left. Normally there’s only one person working.. long line and all. The employee that serviced me was helpful, no disrespect to them. But to find out that my package would take 3-4 weeks to be picked up to be sent to a larger USPS Facility, after standing in this line was saddening. I would not recommend this location. Only if you’re dropping off and literally leaving right after. This location is very small and just doesn’t make any sense to be honest. Better off going to the one up by 86th.

Small post offices it could use a good cleanings very dingy in appearance. This place is usually never that crowded. They don’t have a self service machine. The older Asian man behind the counter is always very patient and polite. It’s in a very busy area and you’ll be very lucky to find a parking spot. This location cannot accept any parcels that can’t fit through the regular window. Not a very big sign out front, and if you don’t already know that this location is here, you’ll probably walk right past it

Most of us despise the post office. Especially those riddled with tenured fed employees who absolutely hate their jobs!!!! I’ve had my share of post offices, and folks at THIS post office might actually hate their jobs too… but you’ll never know it! They are efficient, patient and kind. Thank you. 😊

If i could give this place a 0 star i would the man( tall , dark skin , skinny with a little facial hair) was super rude it was my fist time sending a package so i was very unfamiliar with everything i obviously got the wrong label so he game me the right one so far so good until i got to the payment method he asked me to confirm the address but i never knew i had to press YES if correct then after that he was giving me attitude smacking his teeth at the moment i told him that i was unfamiliar with the Process if it was too much for him to hep me then he said that everything was common sense in a really bad tone i look Hispanic so he asked if i speak any English because apparently i wasn’t moving fast enough for him mind you there was no one being me so he felt very comfortable to curse at me & told me to shut up & that i have shitt up my a*+ & asking me if i went to school if i know how to read or write . I find this very Unprofessional the fact that USPS has people like this working “ helping “ people with their mail is insane i really hope that they take some action towards this situation because people like him don’t deserve to be there . If the man is just having a bad day or is just unhappy with his job just take the day off or find a job that suits him but the experience that i went through was very unpleasant. This happened on...

The most unorganized place. Every employee at this location is useless. They just take salaries and don't work at all.

I paid extra to ship my package for maximum 3 days time. But, even after 5 days my package is nowhere to be traced. Even its not scanned at any location, so I can't even trace online. I called USPS, they have no information. I went to location again, they are not even giving reply, didn't even check my receipt & said wait for 10 more days. I paid for priority mail, t's already 5 days and telling me to wait for 10 more days. I am calling this location and no one is even bother to pick up the call.

When I am trying to track online, it keeps showing the same information from first day. It showing as accepted at this location and delivery date is after two days, while it has been more than 5 days now.

They should ban all of the employees from this location & close this location.

Don't even...

So this particular branch is a mixed bag for things. The lines are a little long (especially now) so expect a decent wait on line. Their supplies in the office are pretty dismal but they are there (shipping boxes, slips, envelopes etc). I've never had any issues with the staff and usually they are helpful even if they are taking their time. I actually prefer this branch than the other one around 86th street since that one was larger, busier, meaner staff and meaner clientele going there (also too many strollers). It also is more convenient in terms of distance for me.

This branch is best if you have things ready to go. Priority boxes, signed envelopes etc., smaller packages already taped up and addressed. Things go smoother that way. If you have a very large package you can't...
