7-Eleven — Local services in New York

It's so strange to see this 7-11 location get worse and worse. I think it was pretty decent years ago when it was owned and staffed by Koreans but the ownership of this location seems to have changed and now the main cashier seems exceptionally rude. There's a younger guy that is nice but he seems to be doing background stuff and isn't customer facing. There used to be a woman that also worked the cash register but I haven't seen her in a while, she was really nice too. I'm not sure why they decided to get rid of her but keep the older guy that seems upset at everyone.

It's hard to even come here for any of the promotions that the 7-11 brand tries to run since it seems like they intentionally don't stock the promo items, make it hard to find, or do stuff like conveniently have their Slurpee machine broken during promotion days. Like you knew it was broken, why didn't you fix it earlier in the week for the Friday promotions?

Just don't bother coming to this location unless you can't find any other place for a soda. There's a convenience store a few blocks down as well as a CVS and Rite Aid for sodas and there's several good coffee shops around this location for...

Old woman with wrinkles in her face was very rude clicking her fingers on the table trying to rush me to leave as soon as she checked me out while I’m trying to pick up my stuff, meanwhile while I was in line she’s chatting it up with some customer she knows for like 3 minutes straight after he bought everything. The pattern of rudeness as well as straight incompetence from all of the adult staff has to be some of the most unintelligent people I’ve ever seen gathered in one place before. I bought a box of cookies for my baby yesterday afternoon, and when I got home, I found that the cookies were had been expired for more than half a year. I went back to the store to exchange them this evening, but was refused by a male cashier at the front desk. He told me to come back tomorrow to see the same cashier. I said I had to see my OB tomorrow and I didn't have time. He told me to come back tomorrow in a very rude manner and refused to communicate with me.
