I got a full face threading at this place and it was the most painful threading ever. This was the first time that I was going to this place, and the owner asked this new girl working there to handle me and my friend. She had no idea what she was doing- while threading. There are over ten cuts near my eyebrows and at one point she started using scissors as a result of which, a part of my left eyebrow is literally missing. Moreover, after coming home and looking at it more closely, I can say for a fact my left and right eyebrows are different shapes. It was so unprofessional and while she was doing the threading she just kept asking "Are you okay?" even thought she knew she was cutting the skin near my eyebrows and upper lip etc. At one point the owner came to the station and replied to my question of "Are there cuts" with...

I love this place because it is such a great deal. I have been going on and off for a year or so now and you cannot beat the pricing! European Wax Center is a little too pushy with their products and they have been charging a $3 COVID charge as well. Not worth it when the result and the pain scale is the same at Wax Center EV. I will admit WCE is not as pristinely clean as WCE but it is clean enough for me and I have never had any problems. Nikki is very thorough and friendly!
