I recently visited [Nail Place Name] and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I had high hopes for a relaxing pampering session, the service left much to be desired.

Firstly, I was disappointed with the payment process. Upon checking out, I was informed that there would be an additional charge for using my debit card. This was not mentioned prior to my appointment, leaving me feeling caught off guard and frustrated. In an age where card payments are typically seamless and without extra fees, it was surprising and disappointing to encounter this policy.

Moreover, the overall quality of the nail service was not up to par. The staff seemed rushed, and I didn't feel that the attention to detail you would expect during a manicure was there. The atmosphere of the salon didn't contribute positively either; it felt chaotic rather than calm, which detracted from the overall experience.

In summary, my visit to [Nail Place Name] was less than enjoyable. The unexpected charge for card usage coupled with subpar service makes it hard for me to recommend this salon. I hope they can improve both their payment transparency and service quality...

Terrible. They need to change the name. Nothing was WONDERFUL about my experience at all. I went for a simple soak off (top coat only) and mani refresh. Instead, I left in pain and bleeding by a dismissive nail tech, that instead of taking accountability claimed they didn’t know what happened (with her use of a MetroCard, and swiftly ripping off my natural nail down to the raw skin bed INSTEAD of preserving it! Which was initial point of service ) - left devastated. I had to seek after care and still feel the pain. Would not recommend to anyone who cares about the quality of their natural nails, and receiving sanitized and...

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The lady who did my lashes was extremely aggressive and careless. I was in so much discomfort from how rough she was. At one point, when the lady saw how uncomfortable I was, she just laughed and told me “Your in pain?” Afterwards, she was not gentle at all.

Towards the end, my lashes turned out horribly. The right eyelash was a totally different size than the left. It just looked completely off. After I brought this to her attention, she did not fix it. Complete waist of money.....
