Original Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I was treated horribly and the rest of the workers jumped in. I felt terrible. I spent 42.00 for 2 slices and 2 small chicken salads. I waited 10 minutes for it to be prepared. No problem the guy calls me. I come to the counter and I am getting out my money. The guy actually says hurry up and pay. I swear it was so disgusting. I literally had my money in.my hand to show him and ask him why he was treating me like that. He said hurry up I am holding up his line meanwhile anyone who has been there knows there is no holding up any line it's an open arrangement but anyway I was in the corner. How could I be holding up anything I paid alread this was just for an extra drink. You pay when you make the order. Please anyone who goes here help me make sense of this encounter. Then the other guys started like hey you are holding up the line again there are multiple employees. How can I hold up anything. I am the idiot waiting for them. It was horrible. Yes you read these reviews and 1 negative review takes down your whole rating and ratings and stars are where the public evaluates your actions and bullying me was not a good call. I've been a long time customer of Original Pizza. I've never had a problem with this establishment. However, tonight I witnessed a worker handle money and food with his bare hands and wipe his hands on the back of his pants and go back and touch food again. He actually used his bare hands to sprinkle cheese on my pizza! When I asked, "Do you wear gloves?" A different worker responded "sometimes they do and sometimes they don't." His rationale was the oven kills germs. As if the oven is an autoclave that sterilizes food. At the same time another worker jumped in and stated "it's too much work to wear gloves." Comments like that caused me to seriously wonder about their sanitary practices out of view when no customers are not around. Im very disappointed esp since I have to leave my neighborhood to go all the way over there, which is 3 miles from my house. They've just lost a long time customer. It's very disrespectful and disgusting. Im no longer spending my money on places that do not respect my dollar...

I was super excited to go to originals pizzeria. I traveled all the way from Parkslope past 100 pizzerias on the way but was determined to go to Originals. I had my puppy who is not even 5 pounds in my arm as I attempted to order. A guy came storming up to me with out introducing himself telling me I would need to sit by the door if I wanted to stay there to eat. Before I can even reply he quickly said I would have to sit outside not to mention it was pouring raining out. Before I can even tell this man I wasn’t even going to dine in and in fact my puppy is a service dog he screamed for me to leave right then and there. I was so confused cause he wouldn’t let me get a word out and I had not yet ordered. And I was being told to leave. I’m soooo disappointed and traumatized from this experience. I have always ordered from Originals being that I worked in Kings Plaza for 5 years. I will not be doing so and I will be letting people know about the disgusting customer...
