Purchased a full sized split box spring that the owner Amad said would be delivered later on that evening between 4 & 7 pm. I called them at 4 pm to inform them that I was home & wanted to see what time they were going to make the delivery, they told me the driver would contact me shortly but 3-4 hours passed & no call or delivery. I called the first thing the next day but got no answer after several attempts. I had to personally go back to the store to have an associate give me some b.s. excuse why I didn't get my delivery or even a courtesy call. I had to ask a friend to help me with the delivery.
