Before buying in this store I saw a review saying that they were thieves but I ignored it . I decided to go with my husband to buy some furniture everything went good until the people that work for the owner came to deliver some furniture they started to put boxes in the kitchen which was for a table next to my stainless steel refrigerator . They started to assembled the table and bed we thought everything was great until they left we notice that they had damaged our stainless steel refrigerator I spoke to the owner “MiKe” about this situation informing him my refrigerator wasn’t bent like that and he was a rude person talking through the phone saying “ I don’t care you can take me to court . Call your lawyer .” This is a very immature way for someone who is in the customer service industry to not take responsibility for something that was damaged inside my house . He should of took responsibility and fix it but he decided not to . We tried giving him an opportunity to fix it before taking him to court and he didn’t took it . After this horrible experience, I don’t recommend anyone to buy furniture from this place because you might be the next person who this happens to . Please avoid...

Poor customer service, poor management, lies and lies. I refer this company to my fiance that moved in New Jersey and he purchase a living set and bedroom set. That was supposed to get delivered the same day. They came without the bedroom set, and promised to deliver it the next day. Next day, nobody called, I spend all day trying to get someone over the phone, no resolution I had to leave my work to go and see what is going on. Once I got there, only excuse and no direct resolution. They promise send the furniture the following day a 10h30. Nothing a lady called and told me they will be here by 12h30,nothing around 2 I called them and they pretty much let me know that they came and missed me. And that I did not open the door for them. Do not buy from here ! I negotiated a price and pay cash and was expecting delivery, I called to ask they said I have to pay more. I ask for a refund, and I couldn’t get the refund. I ended up paying more and then they would lie about the delivery date. A bunch of unprofessional people came to set up the furniture, they said 3pm they got here at 9:00pm. Got the furniture and the dresser has a light that it did not come with. I called and ask for it but all they do is lie saying the order it and till this day I don’t got it. Completely unprofessional and rude ! Do not waste your time...
