Crown Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in Newark

Ordered delivered for my food . I had instructions on the chicken sandwich order to put lettuce and Swiss cheese . They didn’t put no lettuce the chicken was like a folded chicken patty .. not the actual chicken steak . Regular American cheese and HELLA fries in the sandwhich .

It was basically just bread , potatoes and a folded chicken Patty 🤢 . Even the French fries in the sandwhich had no salt or pepper , just soggy and bland with a ton of ketchup

Terrible sandwich making skills. First time order from here don’t think I will ever again 😒 Honestly if I didn’t have a life I would go to store tomorrow speak to someone. Because $20 for this much disappointment...

Throughout my life I’ve always love eating fried chicken. I’m a tow truck driver and only eat halal. So I’ve been everywhere in the tristate and p.a. I’ve been to many chicken shacks and ordered the same sandwich. This store definitely takes care of you. You definitely get your money’s worth. It was a full-size sandwich here!!. Other stores used to give me half the size for the same price!!! From now on I took an oath to only eat here and no other chicken shack. And no I am not sponsoring or working with this location. I ordered food through Grubhub on August 19. First time ordering from here and the food was great, everything was flavorful. I only had one issue and that was my order of wings was missing. I called back and the owner answered, he was nice, apologized and offered to send the wings. I declined and asked if I could have the amount for the wings refunded and he offered store credit, as well as an additional 10.00 credit. I called today looking see if I could use my credit but the owner wasn’t there. Not sure if I’ll get to use...
