Triple C’s Cafe — Restaurant in Newark

I should start off by saying I visit this restaurant on a Friday and they were sold out. They put my name on the waiting list to start back up at 6:30 never received the call. Returning back on Saturday, I tried again around 1 o’clock and they were busy and I had to wait 25 minutes before I can even order when I did place my order. I waited another 25 minutes being asked, did you place your order and I said yes! He began preparing my meal, they announced across the restaurant they were sold out of food again so all the customers that were in line had to leave. I took my food home to eat my oxtail, mac & cheese, collard greens, and sweet potatoes. The only thing that was worth The hassle was the oxtail and rice. I will say the gentleman apologize gave us a free drink, but however, the customer service of preparing enough food for people that come through the restaurant they may need to seek help on quantity so that they are prepared for Service like I said that mac & cheese no thanks collard greens OK but no thanks but that oxtail and rice was jumping. Well I on a Thursday after work Manu, I get off at 4:30. I live in Felton Delaware. We get there the place is closed the young man that everybody mentioned came and open the door and said he’ll take us in mind. He look like he was eating a bowl of food my husband ordered the curry, chicken, candy, yams, and cola. I ordered the beef patty, oxtails and macaroni cheese sandwich. The curry chicken do not taste like chili chicken yams, or spoiled the collard greens spoiled the mac & cheese was old. The oxtails look like they took two pieces of oxtails, and they ripped it up and put it in a beef patty. You could tell a patty set up the owls. The patties was old. This can’t be legal how they selling food to people. I’m gonna call the health department cause I only taste the food and I still got sick. I have tried three separate occasions to order food which is supposedly very good. Two in person one via phone with no luck. The rough organization they have currently with door dash/delivery services need to be on pause until they get their rhythm down. I waited for twenty mins just to order food and the person who initially told me to wait walked out and I was just left sitting there. The next time there was no more food to order at 5 pm..which as a family business owner myself as well you never let your stock go down for everything even if you have to run to the grocery just to have something in the mean time to fill orders. They are in a prime spot to be successful but there is definitely lack of organization that is happening. You have to be able to have a system in place to identify orders and people and someone needs to be able to answer the phone. I hope to finally be able to try for a fourth time to...
