A Hidden Gem with Spectacular Noodles and Dumplings
I recently discovered a culinary treasure that's instantly become my new favorite spot! From the first bite, I knew I was experiencing something special.
The signature hot stone soup noodles arrived in a beautiful brass bowl on a wooden base. The golden broth was rich and aromatic, filled with perfectly chewy hand-pulled noodles and topped with fresh cilantro that brightened each spoonful. What makes this dish extraordinary is the tableside preparation – the theatrical sizzle as they pour the hot broth creates an unforgettable sensory experience!
Their steamed buns were equally impressive – six pillowy white dumplings garnished with green onions. The texture was phenomenal – soft exterior giving way to juicy, flavorful filling that practically melted in my mouth.
I was particularly impressed by the generous portions – the soup could easily feed two, and the substantial plate of buns was perfect for sharing (though they were so delicious I didn't want to!).
The care and craftsmanship in every dish is evident. If you're seeking authentic, handcrafted cuisine that delights all senses, this place is a must-visit. I'm already planning my...
Read morei feel like ive seen a lot ads for this spot - in which the food looks bomb! my friends and i did family style and we ended up ordering:
Soup Pan Fried Pork Buns x6 Xiao Long Bao (Pork) x6 Spicy Beef Noodle Soup ($15.99) - with thick noodles Pork Dan Dan Noddles Spicy And Numbing - with thick noodles
id say that these dishes are staple items to try when yall stop by and id say that thick noodles really add to the flavors and just the overall texture of the meal! and the flavors are just soooo fire. when i tried the two noodle dishes i didn't really taste the spiciness but my friend who has a lower tolerance for spice did taste it more - so it might be good to reach out to the staff to see if spiciness can be adjusted!
its also a spot in which it's pretty easy to manage as you order by scanning the QR code and pay through the website too. however, the staff members are readily available and super attentive. 10/10 would recommend for yall to check out this spot if yall are in the area!
ambiance is pretty casual and sorry the spicy beef noodle and pork dan dan noodles are not pictured as i was too...
Read moreMy mom and I like to come here when we go get our hair done at a nearby salon. Most of what we tried was pretty good.
I really liked the soup pan fried pork dumplings due to the contrasting textures of just the bottom being fried. I also enjoyed the snow flake pan fried dumplings. I've also tried the chow mein and chow fun. Between the two, I prefer the chow fun, mostly because I prefer flat noodles. Both were tasty.
The one thing I didn't enjoy was the scallion pancakes. The first time I ordered them, they were fine. The second time I ordered them, they were kinda dry despite it being greasy. It didn't taste fresh. The frozen ones at Trader Joe’s were better.
I really like that you can order from your phone using their QR code. I tend to go overboard when ordering everything up front, so this method helps me keep pace so l know to stop once I get full.
My mom and I have been lucky going before or after the lunch rush because we got seated right away during the times we dined here. But I've seen the lines, so be prepared if you're...
