A phenomenal Capoeira school for all ages. C. Mestre Cebolinha is an amazing teacher who is doing great work. Having his own academy is a testament to his dedication to the art of Capoeira. I’m so happy to have found this school and Cordao de Ouro family. There community is full of wonderful people who share a love for Capoeira. The training here is challenging but not only physically but mentally as well.

Mestre Cebolinha is incredibly talented. It was a struggle to decide on an after school activity for my 7 year old. When I looked up Capoeira, it had everything, acrobatics, flips, cartwheels and most importantly a teacher who is dedicated to his craft. Even my 2 year old enjoys watching her sister doing capoeira. My 7 yo has been with Mestre cebolinha for 3 years, me and my husband have joined the capoeira de valor family last year as well. A true capoeira experience , we learn music, we learn the fight, we learn all thelat our body is capable of doing and, we learn so much about the Afro Brazilian culture as well.
