I have had worked in multinationals and smaller companies, but Panasonic is what I will call a real purpose driven brand, where the raison d'être permeates through its actions, from its business divisions, employees to customers, at pretty much all levels. The Newark office building is a modern office with amenities you will expect from a world class office space, from hot breakfast and lunches to free coffee and soda water, and ample room and seating throughout the floors to work from anywhere even when in the office. I had a job interview at this Panasonic in Newark. They used to be in Secaucus about 4 years ago.

The lobby is grand and very clean, it contains 2 waiting/seating areas, seats are a bit low but comfortable.

Lobby security are polite and professional.

Their lobby bathrooms were a bit messy when I was there but on the plus side, it is a single private bathroom.

Here's the bad. Their parking lot/structure is underground and they charge for parking, even to employees. Now I know that parking lots in Newark is a very rare commodity, but one would think that employees would and should be able...

This review is for the Panasonic customer support service provided. I purchased a Technics earbuds from amazing and was having issues so I requested an in warranty service and have had the worst experience in my life. First I was sent incorrect shipping information and was forced to pay for shipping 2 times. Then when they finally sent me the product back it was in the wrong color. Pink rather than silver. The communication has been worse than talking to AI - I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism here.
