I came in looking for a serger after seeing one on their website for a good price. The employee who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. He demo'd several machines for us and discussed the pros and cons for each. I'm really happy I visited in person and got to see the sergers in action, because I ended up buying a machine that I like even more than the one I picked out online. The prices for the machines I looked at were competitive with and in some cases better than online retailers and they offer a free session to help with your machine if you need it.
There's a pretty big selection of sewing machines, sergers, and embroidery machines in the store and I think they aren't all listed on the website so it's worth coming in person to see what they have if you're looking for a new (or used) machine.
