Happy Family Chinese & American Restaurant — Restaurant in Newberg

This happens to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Chinese food place don’t eat here at all the bathroom lights don’t even work they flicker so if you get seizures, I would not recommend this place. The waitress took my order wrong and then insisted that I was the one that said the wrong number to top it off. She poured me a glass of water and you can see things floating in there after the third time she served me and she had the nerve to say that it was me or it could’ve been the food that accidentally got in there I don’t backwash and I clearly seen it as she was pouring it, and she was insisting that the water was clean and it was just my cup. I’m afraid to even eat the food after they fixed the number because the lady popped her head out to look who was complaining which I believe she was the cook and then happened to walk back that is the weird not only that I found dog hair on my cup and then on my client‘s daughter‘s plate it was not a white hair. It was clearly a dog hair so I don’t know that place is very insanitary. Bad service food was overcooked into crispy where you can’t even enjoy it. I don’t even know how they’re even in business. Tried this place a few years ago and wasnt happy. Figured maybe they have improved and nope they didnt they actually got worse. Who ever says this place is the best in yamhill or food is delicious has zero taste buds and dont know good food. I ordered beef and broccoli and they also add baby corn, mushrooms, water chestnutd, onion and carrots. I have never been to a place that put all that in there I do understand carrots are normal but everything else isnt. I think what made it worse was the fact it had no flavor it was bland. The beef seemed more like it was boiled and then thrown in and the sauce tasted watery. Not happy at all. The wonton soup usually is wontons, broth, green onions and pork well this also had chicken and shrimp. I know it's hard to improve in your look as well but come on the same stained carpets, some walls looked water damaged. Just left here all this review that read all all wrong this is the worst place to eat I order a appetizer of shrimp egg roll well the size of this where big but oil dripping out of them not only that there where no shrimp in the egg roll I ask her if this was shrimp egg row she said yes I didn't even touch the other end egg roll I told her to look for a shrimp in that egg roll well she told me that it a baby shrimp so for two egg roll you get one baby shrimp in one wow so I told her I was not going to pay for the egg roll and she told me that she will charge me half wow really.
