The people in the store are very not welcoming. If I were to push it, I would doubt if they were racists.
worse than that is the online experience. I thought after the horrendous store experience, I would just buy online. Check your item and credit card charges very carefully!!!! They charge you for items that they didnt ship. You will have to contact them for refund!!! Isn't this ridiculous. My guess is that they are hoping that people don't notice, so they keep a nice profit.

Read moreI was in Newburyport over the weekend and loved this store. The kind salesperson with pretty, long gray hair greeted me and told me to ask if I needed anything. Even though the store was neat as a pin, I was a bit overwhelmed with all the great choices, so she pulled some shirts that fit me to a T (pun intended). I got three shirts, a visor, and a few other items. I've bought Life is Good merch at other places and I can say the quality items really hold up through many washes. I've had a few for years. I can also say that this was my favorite Life is Good store because of the fantastic customer service and the vibrant displays and tidy store. I'll be back next time...
