The Bartlet Mall (pronounced ‘Mal’) and frog pond is a wonderful sight for all to enjoy. Over-shadowed by the Bullfinch-designed brick courthouse, the pond features a massive architectural cast iron fountain that looks over a large grassy area, circular walkways and hills, and park benches to gaze or enjoy a picnic on.
