I needed a new suit for Easter and it was less than a week away. A friend recommended Broadway so I gave it a try. From the moment I walked in I received outstanding, personal attention from Harry. He asked relevant questions and offered expert advice, then identified several options for me to try on. Each was right in line with what I wanted, but together Harry and I chose the perfect one. He then offered me some options on a shirt, a tie, and a pair of shoes… without a hint of pressure like he was trying to just sell me more stuff.. rather, he displayed true professionalism throughout and demonstrated sincere interest in making sure I was aware of all of the different options so that I would be satisfied with my purchase and experience. I decided to decline the additional items, but again, there was zero pressure or pushiness from Harry for me to reconsider. I really appreciated that. And the best part? He said he could get the alterations done and the suit would be ready to pick up by Saturday at the latest.. in time for Easter… turns out, it was ready Thursday! Harry is a gem and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Fantastic...

Deliberately took advantage of three black women who went in to by their husband and father a suit for fathers day. The owner has helped him once before and we thought we were getting quality service but instead the owner decided to do the opposite of what my father requested, scammed him into an alternate suit, and after rudely going back and forth with my father about a suit about doing what he did last time to make sure he had the right measurements and instead insisted on what he didn't want that resulted in him up charging him to get it fixed when the suit got there that he didn't want that was Indeed wrong when all he had to do was order the opposite and actual desired suit and order the vest separate WHICH WAS AN OPTION But manipulated us into thinking we were getting the better deal so he could make more money. Mind you while we were shopping the lights in his store fell down from the ceiling almost crashing into my father's head and he still pulled this stunt we will...

So…My love and I went to “Broadway Hi Fashion & Tuxedo” to get his custom suit for an up come wedding we are in this coming October. When I tell you this small store has all the hi fashion for men, from regular casual wear, to semi formal, all the way to custom suit and tuxedo. I mean everything you need for any occasion. They even have accessories like sock, shoes, hats plus more to make sure you are decked out for your special day. But what really caught my attention was the customer service. I noticed the have “5 stars” with over 90+ review.. I can see why they do, Harry and Clarisse customer service is A-1 !!! They are very personable and observing to the point they remember your name when walk in, it definitely wowed us and made us feel special. Even though the drive is a little over an hour.
