I came here specifically for the beer battered calamari and that is what is listed on the menu behind the cash register. I also noticed they raised the price. After I got the order, I noticed it was different but wasn’t completely sure if I was getting it confused with another restaurant. I thinking I had gotten it confused with another restaurant, I ate it but then realized that I was in the right place and went to check at the register. The waiter said I should get my money back which I paid $17 for such a small portion. It was a smaller portion than the original calamari I came for. The waiter had the manager come over and she told me….sorry, it’s listed in the small paper menus but I ordered off the wall menu. The cashier should have informed me that it had changed. But today a new employee rejected my kind request of parking validation and asking me to spend $15.I told her that I am a regular customer because I have an office in Lido, literally next to them.l but she didn’t even listen. I have told her that I have spent thousands of dollars in Circle Hook over the 2 years but she didn’t even ask my company name and say its the policy. I was so embarrassed next to my guest didn’t know what to say. It was really hearth breaking to be rejected on such issue after all the business.
