Tina the front desk manager is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have encountered in a very long time! Dr. Ong is such an amazing dermatologist, but his office manager Tina is the face of his practice.

Dr. Ong, she is so bad for business and driving all your patients away with her mean comments and unprofessionalism.

I have been with this derm for over 10 years and sadly am taking my business elsewhere. Not only is Tina all of the above, but she lacks leadership and grace in the workplace. She diverts blame to the front desk staff, and I truly feel this is why they have such a high turn over for the reception desk.

The last straw for me was I had begun my acutane process, and Tina calls me to tell me she cancelled all my appointments. We got into over the phone and she told me “I told her” to cancel my appointments. Then says that they don’t want to work with me because, “I don’t pay my bills”. Wow! None of that is true at all, there was an insurance issue (not my fault) insurance and billing were sorting these matters out amongst themselves. This process can take up to 45 days, telling someone they don’t pay their bills is mean spirited, and has no facts to it all. She honestly should be fired.

Run AWAY FAST! Dr. Le insisted injecting 'Filler' around my EYES and TEMPLE, stating as I age the natural 'fat' decreases. I DID NOT GO THERE FOR FILLER, BUT FOR COLLAGEN FACIAL FRACKING. May 2022. Dr. Le was insistent this was the way to correct the hollowness occurring around my eyes. "I am an expert and I know what I am doing!",she assertively claimed. I agreed to allow her to proceed AFTER the first collagen needling. During the collagen treatments she went right under my eyes and I asked her TO NOT GO NEAR MY EYES! She Insisted this procedure application was correct, every time I asked her to stay away from my eyes. She did the filler after OR Before the facial needling THEREBY moving the filler! My experience with this clinic was great until my last appointment where they treated me like garbage. Understand my experience will most likely be different from yours.

My appointment was at 1PM , VIRTUAL. I log on early and wait for the doctor to call me. 15 minutes pass and nothing. I call the front office, she has no idea what I'm calling for and passes it to Paty, and she says, oh the doctor is late today. By the way, can you pay? Doesn't tell me why, no heads up on the late appointment, ok whatever. I said I will pay after i meet with the doctor. I wait another HOUR and nothing. Paty calls me back and left a voice message asking me to pay, AGAIN. Doctor finally comes back after another 15 minutes but I don't bother attending.
