I walked into this gorgeous store and was met by the most welcoming friendly person, Kelsie. She was so sweet to my daughter and I, as we browsed the store. I, also, had my husband and son waiting on us, so we left, but found Kelsie so friendly we definitely wanted to purchase from her and came back. We tried on so many different styles and sizes, that I actually felt really bad consuming all of her time. Kelsie was so friendly, happy, and helpful through the entire process. You can tell this is who she genuinely is and was not putting on a show. She was even honest when I was unsure if a dress was flattering and told me tactfully that there were better options for my body type. I respect that and love that. She encouraged my daughter to pick something she absolutely loved, because if she loves it now then she will love it when she leaves. Kelsie absolutely made this a wonderful shopping experience.

After leaving, I read the reviews here and I am not sure who helped them or didn’t help them . . . Or why there are negative reviews. I just had the most absolute best customer service experience from Hannah, one of the sweet girls that works at this Newport Beach location. I’m from Texas and I had called to see if they had the new bow denim jean jacket in stock. She let me know that they didn’t have any available in store but truly went above and beyond by contacting the other store locations for me and sending me pictures of jackets they had available. I was able to find and purchase the cutest one with her over the phone and she made it so easy and even let me include my discount code in the order. Although I had a bad experience at previous stores from this brand in the past, the woman working here is so nice. The person who helped me that day has dark hair, glasses, and was wearing a long dress. They help me pick out multiple pieces and set up the dressing rooms, which were so cute, and although the store doesn’t have all sizes in stock, they were happy to apply coupon to a send sale.
