I'll double down on the comments below on the ridiculous exchange policy (even for store credit). Buyer beware and please - do not gift anyone you care about anything from this store unless you communicate upfront they must make the exchange within 30 days. Store was so rude, and all i did was receive a gift from Jenni Kayne (unfortunate for me!) For such overpriced basics, you could maybe forgive it if the service (both policy and treatment from instore and customer service center) was also premium, but it's not. Have been shopping online & finally got to visit the store while my husband was on a business trip. The store definitely didn’t disappoint as the clothing looked better than in the booklet and so soft in person!! The store was decorated absolutely beautifully for holidays and it just was a beautiful place to see. I bought 2 fabulous sweaters and have 2 more items being sent to my home!!! I purchased these items yesterday in Newport Beach. The sales person said the 30% off sale was ending yesterday and that the items would be full price Monday. I came home and ordered a blouse that they didn’t have in my size. So, lo and behold the 30% off did end yesterday. Yet as I read today’s email, I find that all the items I purchased are now 40% off.
