Rolex Presented by The 1916 Company — Local services in Newport Beach

I’ve visited this store on multiple occasions but was holding off on writing a review till I was able to actually purchase something. About a month ago I stopped by while shopping around to see what they had in stock and love seeing their selection of pre owned pieces at the adjacent part of the store. I was well received and they let me try on a lot of cool pieces. I even got to try on a patek 5270, which is like a grail watch that I might be able to buy if I ever won the lottery. But while I was there I was introduced to Heather who was the Rolex sales person. She was very nice and was helpful in appeasing my whim in wanting to try on some gold and platinum day dates which weigh a ton. I then proceeded to let her know what type of watch I was in the market for and put my name down for a simple silver dial date just. I was looking for a piece to celebrate the birth of my daughter. About a month has passed and earlier this week she texted me letting me know the watch was about to be available and wanted to know if I was still interested. I immediately said yes and proceeded to visit the following day to meet up for the purchase. When I arrived I was again very well received and Heather was very nice in processing the purchase and sizing the watch. While I was waiting she even let me try on the new Land Dweller which I thought was really cool of her. All in all, I always have a fun time visiting this store and Heather was very helpful throughout the whole process. Hopefully I will be able to get another piece...

John, I had an amazing time at the Rolex Boutique in Newport Beach. The service was top-notch, and I felt like a VIP from the moment I walked in. Hey, thanks a lot for the chance to buy these amazing watches. I can't wait to come back to the Newport Beach Rolex Boutique again. I'm always impressed by the huge variety of watches you have and how much your staff knows about them. Every time I come in, I learn something new. But what really makes Rolex Boutique special is how much you care about making sure your customers are happy. Your staff is so knowledgeable and helpful, and they really make the whole experience of buying a watch enjoyable. It's clear that everyone who works there loves watches and wants to make sure you find the perfect one. Very disappointed and angry with my Rolex experience. My watch’s crystal broke, so I brought it in to inquire about pricing estimates. The representative told me it would be under $200 since it was covered under warranty, and a full service would be free. I thought, “Great,” handed in the watch, and was told I would receive an emailed quote.

I didn’t receive the formal quote for 10 days and had to call the store twice to follow up. When I finally received it, the price was nothing like what I had been told, it ended up being 1k. You can see from my screenshot how responsive they are with their emails.

I was given the wrong pricing information at the start, which led me to drop off my watch. By the time I decided I wanted it back, it has now been almost ONE MONTH and I still don’t have my watch. Really terrible experience, and extremely frustrating to think about my watch just sitting there for a month…… I would urge everyone to avoid this Rolex, they don’t seem professional...
