The day that we were leaving Newport from our vacation, we didn't have the time to stop at the physical store location, but we drive by and noted the shop. When I got home, we went online and ordered some souvenirs. I got an email that two of my items would ship right away but whoopsie, they happened to be out of stock for the $3 sticker that I ordered. I was refunded the $3 immediately and told that they would send me one as soon as they were back in stock. And guess what?! They did, and they never charged me for it. I think that a company like this deserves credit when credit is due!! We will definitely continue to support this business when we can! Thank...
