They have the worst customer phone service. I applied for a credit card online to receive the discount and when I was trying to check out I was not able to because I didn’t have the CVV number. I called more than 5 times, 4 of those times they hung up the phone without calling me back after being redirected multiple times so it would be impossible to get back to the same agent. I couldn’t use my discount when opening a new credit card and was not able to use the points on my credit card towards my purchase. I understand that they can’t give you the CVV number but I had zero options of what to do to resolve this since indeed the ONLY reason I opened the card was to get the discount. The staff in this store are extremely helpful, caring, and polite. They are very approachable and willing to help you. The dressing room is spacious enough and you don’t get asked to only take only 10 items. The space is very clean and they have a variety of items. I bought this shirt for an on-site interview and was very happy. Recently I also bought a very soft tshirt when they had a 40% off sale.
