My wife and I are fortunate enough to own two homes â one in Brookline and the other at Cape Cod. Over the past 20 years, weâve purchased an assortment of stereo and television products from Huntington and have ALWAYS been impressed with their competitive pricing, product knowledge, and service excellence.
Two days ago, Wayne and Barry installed and programmed a 75 inch wide screen television in our master bedroom in Brookline. The installation entailed precise measurement specifications coupled with experienced mounting due to its size and weight. Wayne was âspot-onâ in his calculations and was assisted by Barry in the preparations, drilling, and placement. Couldnât have gone more seamlessly. In addition, this two man team was exceptionally respectful of our home environs inclusive of wearing protective shoe booties to avoid tracking outside dirt into our home. Brilliant and competent teamwork!
Moving forward to the next day. A single Huntington technician named Briem visited our Cape Cod home to install a new Sonos surround sound audio system that was programmed to connected into our pre-existing interior speakers. In addition, he installed replacement speakers in the backyard area. Technical proficiency, expertise, and professionalism would best describe Briem. He was exceptional in his knowledge and skills sets. Additionally, he was able to singularly diagnose, evaluate, and install the system integration with impressive attention to detail. Throughout the process, Briem was in continuous communications with my wife and me about what he was doing and how the new system would function. The final result was stellar.
This young man, Briem, is the showcase poster child for the âidealâ employee that businesses should strive to employâŚcompetent, communicative, polite. and goal-oriented in customer satisfaction. Briem was respectful and equally attentive as yesterdayâs team at exhibiting care and respect concerning our home furnishings while doing the work.
As noted at the outset of this review, âit doesnât get any betterâ than Huntington Audio. I own and operate a small business and I pay close attention and place great value in customer service and responsiveness.
The entire Huntington staff is an unduly impressive and to-be-admired team of professionals. A great experience from beginning to end!

   Read moreI called on 12/27/17 to get a quote for mounting a tv and sound bar over a fireplace. I spoke to Larry the owner who actually had done the same for other tenants in my new apartment complex. Given the fact that he had done the same scope of work for other people I thought it would be straight forward to get a price.
At first Larry seemed very put off that I already had a tv and sound bar. âWell we are in the business to sellâ he said. Anyway, he told me I would get a quote by the end of the day and at the latest tomorrow morning. Never heard, so I called on 12/30. âLarryâs off for the weekendâ. So I proceeded to call on 1/3, âLarryâs off siteâ. Later that day Sam a tech from the store called and said he would get me the quote. I called 1/9 and neither of them were available. I then asked if they had the sonos sound bar mount in stock, which they didnât. I called today 1/10 and again no one is able to take me call.
