The folks at Giovanni’s made the process of renting formal attire a seamless and positive experience: Angela efficiently arranged our appointments and helpfully followed up with phone calls. Gina, the hands-on owner of the shop, deftly guided us through the many tuxedo and suit options available, while providing welcome advice on current fashion. Michael’s precise measurements and attentiveness meant the tuxedo fit perfectly when it arrived.

From start to finish, what could have been an overwhelming process was instead delightful! I prefer patronizing small businesses, but the refreshing and meticulous care we received from the staff at Giovanni’s has galvanized my “shop-small” intentions when it comes to buying or renting menswear.

Make sure to understand their outlandish return policy before buying anything. Bought a tie that I hoped would match a suit for wedding, but was wrong on the color. When trying to return a little over a month, I was surprisingly told that I could only exchange for store credit within 2 weeks of purchase and no returns after 1 month……WHAT?!?!? The lady could care less and barely looked up from her cell phone to tell their ridiculous policy. I had tried to return a week earlier but they were closed for their own long weekend with a hand written sign on door.
