Aw Yeah Comics — Local services in Niles Township

I stopped here a few weeks ago when I was in the neighborhood. The store is small but it seems large because there's not much in it. It looks like they have a large selection of Funko Pop figures, but that's only because they have them scattered around the store instead of organized in one area where it'd be easier to see everything they have. Their back issue selection has no organization and no protection, so you're unlikely to find what you're looking for and it's unlikely to be in good condition if you find something. The guy behind the counter never talked to me even though he saw me waiting outside the store (for 10 minutes past his "I'll be back in 15 minutes" sign), and I wandered the store for 5-10 minutes. I went hear to buy gifts for my brothers and dad and man the guy working their is amazing. He knew what he was talking about and helped narrowed down a perfect price fitting gift for each of my family members with simple demographic and psychographic descriptions of each. They have a new catalog of trendy stuff and a bunch of interesting older issues as well. Comic Shops like this are tough to find, its so welcoming to any age and fandom level, its colorful, its fun and most of all its a fantastic place to get into art and comics. The owner has been in the game since the Prime indy comics game and has a creative spirit that you only see at the Artists Alley at conventions.
