I brought in a watch to change the band. This was a very expensive platinum piece. I literally saw them take a razor and cut the lug on my over $50k watch. They then told me they were not responsible.

I will never go back there. I had the lug fixed as best it could be and then sold it and lost 10k. Thanks a lot Morton Grove Jewelers.
