This was one of the most authentic places I've been to outside of Thailand. The Papaya salad had crushed crabs...authentic to street foods offered in Thailand. The Tom Yum soup large was extremely spicy and I could not eat it...a loss of $10.95 The Soup with coconut...was tasteless but had quality ingredients in it. The yum woon sen (bean thread salad) was full of noodles and fresh quality ingredients....authentic but lacked flavor like they forgot to add the sauce...both were like that. I am not going to knock the restaurant much more other than they are brand new and really take pride in their menu with the utmost fresh ingredients and passion behind their cooking. I will give them a few months until I try again...I realize they just opened and things are a bit confusing. Its truly a family business...I think I got to meet everyone...confused dad looking for his tablet...daughter listening to loud rap...son walking around like he doesnt belong with a task...mom...she's the go getter cook and amazing at that. I wish them well...easy on the spice in that soup...wow was it spicy...never in my life have I had something so killer spicy...again...quality ingredients...most authentic...I wish you all the grand success and thank you for my meal. I recommend it all once they get it together!!

I joined my coworkers for lunch at Chef of Siam Thai Restaurant, and my initial concern about finding a vegan option was quickly put to rest. They are well-versed in vegan cuisine, catering to a sizable vegan clientele, which was a huge relief. The restaurant had a cozy, typical Asian decor and a pleasantly quiet ambiance during our visit, allowing us to converse without raising our voices. For my meal, I opted for the vegetable fried rice with tofu. It was a perfect choice for me, as I'm not a fan of dishes drenched in soy sauce. The tofu was impeccably marinated and grilled, with a satisfying texture, just like the veggies. The spring rolls, while small, were pretty good too. The prices were fair, with my meal costing around $12, and I savored every bite. I appreciated the well-balanced flavors, and despite the generous portion, it didn't leave me feeling overly stuffed. I'm definitely planning to return to this spot in the future.

Free parking, a clean bathroom, and nice staff. The food was good but a bit salty and too much gooey sauce and not enough food. The jasmine rice was sticky and not fluffy and clumped together. The lard na was barely much food, the crab salad was strange with a tiny black crab broke in half but we didn’t know how to eat it so I guess it was just for garnish? The fried tofu had a lot of batter. The seasoning was good for the tofu because it was sweet-and-sour. And we tried to order snapper but they ran out so we had fried tilapia with a thick and sweet sauce which I didn’t know was exactly Thai. Nice atmosphere to hang out with friends and family, but I wasn’t happy with the food. I would say the desserts here are good so if I come back here, it would only be for the dessert. And I liked the vegetable dish.

I ordered the tom kha with tofu. The only things in it were the tofu and some button mushrooms. Not much flavor and no tomatoes or onions as described. The tofu was also cut a bit large for a spoon and was fried, so it was hard to easily break into spoon-sized pieces. I also got the cucumber salad. The dressing was good, but half of it was iceberg lettuce. Not worth $5. The pad kee mao with chicken didn't seem to have any Thai basil in it (or tomatoes, as described) , so it was lacking flavor too. It could have used a bit of wok hei to bring out more flavor. I requested chopsticks with my order, but didn't receive any. This last thing bothered me the most: I have been boycotting food delivery "services". The website says that they offer delivery. I assumed it was through them because it didn't say otherwise. So I was quite annoyed when I got a text saying that the Door Dasher was on his way. Please be more upfront with your customers in the future. I won't be...
