Their Spanish bread is 😱👌🏽👌🏽 sooo good! I will fight for that last batch if need be lol. Also I love the Longsilog they make, the pork BBQ on a stick 👍🏽, Lumpia shanghai, all of it! it legit brings me back to my childhood. Everything is good, but I knocked off a star for two reasons... i feel like they don't give me enough rice with the Entree. 😕 👎🏽 like you shouldn't have to beg for more rice from a Filipino place, they shouldn't be so frugal with it! It's cheap, probably cost them less than a few cents to make it from a 25-lb bag of rice, then they charge $2.50 or something like that for the extra rice. and also, they need to at least pretend like they are happy to see us; their customers at their store, 75% of the time they act like you're annoying them with your presence by ordering a shitload of food. Lol sadly the attitude is a Filipino thing, so not much could probably be done with it so whatever. But I order anyway because nom nom nom it's so good,...

Thinking I was beating time by getting an early lunch I arrived and made order at 11:54 for pancit noodles which are already made sitting infront of you, and 1 pork and 1 chicken bbq stick kabaob!! about 10min in after being back in the kitchen (mind u I'm the ONLY costumer they had) he comes out and says we don't have chicken so I say Np, ill have 2 pork!! he then served my noodles in a box and set them on the counter.. After another 20min i finally said I have to go do u know how much longer?? it's now 12:27 and they say they are not ready yet, he has to still grill them.. WHAT!!! wtf, have u guys been doin alll this time!!!!? meanwhile I have food just chilling on the counter.. they apologized asked if I wanted anything else.. um no now I'm way behind on my lunch break with cold noodles!! no meat no drink... first and last time there and there noodles are salty!!! rant over...

The pandesal is very close to what you get in the Philippines. Very good. Their Spanish bread is great. Their breakfast food/buffet however is subpar. Rice was hard and not cooked well. Barbeque was tough to chew. The halo halo was pretty bad. They tried too hard to be original and ended up with a not so great product. The cashier seemed uninterested to help customers while making us wait for her to finish using her phone. They should stick to pastries/baked goods and forget the food. Also should work on their customer service and at least pretend to be happy to serve the people. The store has a lot of potential but a lot of work...
